Our bodies do so many amazing things for us… The least we can do is feed it the fuel it needs to keep us functioning at our best! You do NOT need to starve yourself in order to get in shape!!!!!! You just have to eat enough of the RIGHT foods! 
Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel… The number one comment I get from girls (& guys) when they first start eating clean is how much ENERGY they have and how GOOD they feel! Feed your body the nutrients it needs to thrive!

I’M BACK!

I haven’t been on this for NINE MONTHS! I have some good news, and bad news.

The last time I posted, I had lost over 20 pounds and was down to 155 roughly. Unfortunately, I have gained all the weight back. Every single pound because I stopped working out and started eating junk food and fast food after my car accident in June. So, I’m back to stage one.

The good news: I’m re-starting. If I did it once, I can do it again. This time I’m not going to have some lame excuse like a minor accident to deter me. If I try enough, I will succeed. It didn’t work the first time for me, but that doesn’t mean it won’t work again! 

GREAT job on the weight loss! You should be proud! How is the fruit cleanse? I want to try something like that, but I like to run, so I'm afraid eating strictly fruit won't give me enough energy to get through my day. What do you think?

It’s actually not that bad.. It supposedly removes all the toxins in your body and water weight, which apparently it has. I’m on Day 3 of it to be honest, I’ve lost 3.5 pounds..

The great thing is you’re able to eat as much fruit as you want apparently. I don’t eat that much in general personally, so I’m not 100% sure how accurate that is, but I don’t feel tired at all. I workout, go to the beach, go to work and watch my daughter and I feel the same as ever - and I sleep better.. But I also take a multi vitamin and it helps.

I recommend it for short term. I’m planning on doing 3-7 days of it, once, or twice a month, because it definitely kick starts your metabolism by confusing it. But try it!

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 24.9 pounds


FRUIT CLEANSE! Honestly, this week I’ve been eating only fruit as part of a fruit flush to remove toxins. I also have done lots of walking, as well as a 45 minutes bike ride around the seawall in lovely downtown Vancouver. Couple more days on this, then it’s back to normal eating and normal gym time :)

STARTING WEIGHT: 179.9

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 21.6 pounds


I hate plateau’s.. They fuck up all your weight loss agenda -.- Okay, so I’m aiming for 155 by next Thursday. Going to include runs to my schedule now, including weekends.. Going to see if 7 days of working out makes much difference, over my usual 5. I really hope so!
